eMaestro Technologies Inc. in Alpharetta, GA seeks Computer Systems Analyst(s) – I. Research and evaluate new technologies while working closely with project managers, business users to formalize and define requirements. Perform performance analysis of existing Tableau and Qlikview Servers and make Best Practice recommendations. Responsible for day-to-day administration of Tableau Servers in Citrix environment: manage sites and projects, configure and manage project permissions, provide periodic reports on Tableau Server usage, and publish Tableau workbooks and data extracts. Configure and maintain Active Directory integration with Tableau Server. Report (daily, weekly, and monthly) on health and performance of the Qlik environment, applications, and tasks. Work with ETL and Data Warehousing tools, and data analytics and visualizations like Qlikview, Qliksense, Tableau and power BI etc. Routinely check the work order ticketing system and complete tasks in order of urgency. Interact with the business users and supervisors to gather the requirements. Create flow charts and diagrams describing logical operational steps of programs. Prepare and update system documentation, operation guides and training materials etc. Review of functional design and impact analysis. Analyze and resolve any issues in production and help the support team by knowledge sharing and brainstorming. Assist in system implementation and integration. Configure, Test, maintain, deploy, and monitor applications. Work with automation of deployment process using Tableau, Python API and shell scripting, Java script and HTML. Design and implement SSL/TLS encryption for user traffic and encryption in motion, LDAPS for AD communication.

Must possess a Master’s Degree, or foreign equivalent, in Technology, Computer Science, Computer Applications, Engineering Management or any Engineering related field. Must also possess course work or work experience with JavaScript, SQL Query, HTML, C Programming, C++, C#, Java and Database. Must be willing to travel and relocate to unanticipated client locations in the U.S.
